No one told me it was gonna cost me $100 for an oil change. No one came back to me and told me anything I didn’t know till I got up to pay that it was costing me $100 for the services to be done today so no, I’m not satisfied with the services.

Adrie was amazing. (And also on previous service calls through her.) She was super friendly, very nice, very efficient, and super customer-satisfaction oriented. When we had questions, she had clear answers. Please don’t ever lose her. Also kudos to our service tech, Clemente. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient. He was dealing with my wife and treated her as a valued customer. Thank you!
