Domingo was very helpful. I was not familiar with the electronic power steering on my Flex. He explained how the system worked, and what the repairs would cost. He gave me a time line for the completion of the service, and called when I could pickup my vehicle.

The cost for diagnostic tests was higher than I expected, but otherwise the service was great. I appreciate the ride and delivery of my vehicle. I didn’t have to miss any work time.

I paid almost $4,000 to have my car fixed, and after I picked it up, they did fix the issue that I took it in for, but there was a part of the car that was suddenly loose and would hit or drag on the street if I drove over 45 mph. I'm going to have to take it back to them tomorrow morning and hopes that they will fix that issue since it started right after I left the dealership.
