Victor is the best. He is the only reason I drive all the way to Orange from Newport Beach to have my car serviced. He always texts me to let me know what’s going on. He always helps me to get a loaner vehicle when I need one.

Sheldon was helpful kind and curtious spelled wrong made sure my tire pressure was where it was supposed to be as last service it wasn’t so Sheldon double checked it for me and provided extra information regarding a level kit for my truck I appreciated that pleasant experience

Tony and Janie are the best! If it wasn’t for Janie still being at villa ford since I purchased my ford in 2015. I would have gone to another ford for my service. Day one all around wonderful experience but the service since 2020 has gone down tremendously! I was just given a loner for 2 days and really didn’t check the inside when I got the car because I’ve never had issues with the loners. This loner had food trash in the back of the edge and food wrappers in the back seat and rotted food under the front passenger side and water bottles. I took my car in 2 weeks ago my brakes were replaced and noticed my car wasn’t right took it back and they had to replace my rotors and new brake pads. Thank god I purchased the premium maintenance and warranty and thank god for Janie she has always eaned everything so I would understand it.
