Carlos Ibarra was an amazing service advisor. I was a walk in and I didn’t even wait 30 seconds for someone to attend me. Carlos quickly approached me and asked what he may do for me. He then took me in and had my paper work ready for my oil change in a couple minutes. Could not have asked for an easier and faster way to get an oil change.

Had a pop-up in radio system that couldn't be fixed. Was told it was my phone. This road conditions warning will pop up anytime, without phone being connected! It happens whenever I enter the freeway and covers my screen! This is a distractive driver issue that needs to be fixed in the Ford radio system!
