I went in with a bad problems with my car. Domingo helped from the start. I felt really taken care of with Domingo. After all was said and done I felt like he really tried to help the best he could and I received the best service for my vehicle. I will be definitely becoming back and looking for Domingo. 5 stars

Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure I understood my car and the issues at hand.
Still trying to get a replacement cover for my engine that they forgot to replace when doing repairs 6 months ago. I found a dealer with the part in stock and he gave me his card and told me to contact them about getting it to our service department. That should be hid jib not mine. The fault is on their department for not putting my car back together properly.

A late afternoon call to Carlos with an Electrical System failure and he had us bring the car in immediately. Carlos was great about keeping us informed about the situation and progress. In addition, we were so grateful to have a loaner to keep our little ones safe while our vehicle was being repaired.

Ever since I’ve met Sheldon he listened to my concerns regarding my vehicles, I believe he truly cares and always goes out of his way to make sure I understand the work that’s going to be performed and what I should expect. Then he stays in touch with me via text message to give me updates on the status of my vehicles, I’ve been afford owner since day one I’ve recently started using Villa Ford and I will continue to do so. The dealership I used in the past did not have a pick up and delivery service, which I find very convenient. It has consistently been prompt on time, courteous service, and on top of that they delivered my truck clean.
Carlos was great. My vehicle was in and out promptly, and all costs were covered by the sales team.
Domingo was super helpful and got me in and out fast appreciate all the help!
