You guys did a good job fixing my vehicle but you had it for 2 weeks and when I got it back it was dirty and had sunflower seed shells on the drivers side floorboard.

I don’t need a call as I already talk to the service manager. David was great. I was just frustrated that I received a text telling me to schedule an appt to have my recalls fixed, which I did. However, service reviewed my order, it was discovered that the recalls were in fact not available. I think Ford should tighten up these communications. Thankfully my car needed service so it wasn’t a totally wasted trip.

Carlos is the absolute best service provider you have. I was actually telling the story about my car overheating yesterday to a friend and telling him how everything went so smoothly because of my guy at Villa Ford. He asked who my guy was and when I mentioned Carlos, he beamed with joy saying, “that’s my guy too!” All this to say, I’m super grateful for Carlos. ????
