Joel is an excellent service advisor. He is knowledgeable and takes time to explain things to me, unlike my past experiences at other Ford locations. He has a very calm and professional demeanor that makes me feel comfortable to leave my car, and l never feel pressured. I will be scheduling all my service appointments with Joel.

Extremely satisfied with Villa Ford, the service department, and Joel Angulo. I received a text that the car was almost done. A few minutes later he came out to let me know it was done, escorting me over to the cashier.
