Mingo did a fine job considering your system challenges & awkwardness in simply calling to reach your service person. You should survey E.g. local Jaguar service programs for ways to improve customers abilities to simply “make an unplanned contact”! And yes, you are a busy place.

I had a 9:30 appointment and it seemed like nobody knew it. I felt like making the appointment was a waste of time. I'm sorry to be so truthful.

I took my car off in for to fix a recall. I received a call from Villa Ford that my part was in, I scheduled an appointment and was told today they didn’t have my part anymore. Villa Ford gave my part away to another customer. Horrible service, I now have taken my car in twice for the same issue and no resolution, I’ve wasted my time twice now. So I had an oil change which was fine until I picked up my vehicle and the car was not washed to add insult to injury. I have been a loyal customer but didn’t feel like the service center treated me that way. Absolutely terrible customer service. David was apologetic and I don’t blame him cause he is new, it’s whoever is running the service center.
