Yes Rick helped me thur the problem at the limits of ford warranty and now the light didn’t come on when I told him that I could live with it and he wasn’t going to have that. So it’s fixed and very happy tell him thanks a lot satisfied customer!

You don't need to contact me. I made my service reservation on-line, I listed what needed to be done (including replacing my rear brakes). When I arrived for my appointment, the details of my service seemed to be a surprise and I was ultimately told my breaks could not be done during my service visit. I was asked to come back another day for my brakes, I feel that I should have been notified of the issue when I made my reservation instead of when I arrived; I would have gone to another dealership if I knew it was going to require a second trip. This is a significant inconvenience for me, I will look to go elsewhere for future service needs on my two Ford vehicles.
