Very Helpful, Very petsonable.

Domingo and his service was great. My issue was I spend a lot of money and invest a lot of my interest into my car. Two screws were missing in the battery filter area in my car and if i had not checked, I’m assuming they would have charged me for it down the line. The job sounded rushed and even though i did not ask them prior to replace it, since they let me know, i allowed it to be replaced. The service was north of $300, and they couldn’t remember to do that. My seats had a layer of dust or something on them but i let it slide because it came off with my hands. Also my car came to the shop cleaner then when it left. Looks like they might have washed it? My windshield looks like the spray/wipers were used and not dried maybe. I had washed my car myself on Thursday and it’s been in the garage since. Overall i just have a lack of trust in your service technicians if they made such a careless mistake. Not to mention I’ve only serviced my car here since i bought it - so when i see oil was spilled on my engine cover … it’s concerning. Domingo didn’t overplay the mistakes nor did he apologize but he did not make the mistakes so it’s fine. He had great communication beforehand and he fixed the mistake quickly. He deserves 10/10.
