Domingo was awesome as always. I have brought my vehicle to villa park ford several times and no have been fortunate enough to get Domingo as my service advisor. He fast, efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable.

You wanted to charge $225 for a diagnostic service because my car arrived not able to turn on. I was told that it was just my battery that needed a replacement but they did a multi point inspection which I did not ask for and had nothing to do with the electrical integrity of the vehicle. They check things like tires and brakes, which I know has nothing to do with the reason that my car was not working, and I did not ask for it and then you charged me for it. I do not appreciate you trying to attack on extra charges and money when all I asked was for the reason my car wasn’t turning onto to be diagnosed.
I had an appointment 3/30 that I made 5 days earlier. I dropped my Explorer off Sunday night. I was first in line for service Monday morning plus I had an appointment. I was told at 4:00 pm that they didn’t have the parts to fix my vehicle. This is an important safety recall and the parts are now on back order. I’m very disappointed that these parts weren’t there for this work! I picked up my Explorer at 5:00 pm and now have to do this all over again when the parts come in. Robert L
A little slow on check in due to multiple appt scheduled at same time but Carlos more than made up for it on pick up and made sure I was taken care of quickly.

Joel was short with me when it came to asking for a loaner and also if my husband and I could get a ride back to our home. He stated they would only accomplish if it’s within 10 miles but we live 16 miles away. The tone could be better

Carlos is the GOAT always making it clear about all aspects of the service process. Ford doesn’t wash cars anymore but he made sure to have one done for me anyways. This is the type of characteristics that make a great service advisor!
