Service advisor tried to overcharge and lied about what was wrong with my vehicle. I took it elsewhere for repairs and will never go back to Villa Ford for anything. It’s deplorable! I will also spread the word about the lack of integrity from your team.

My wife and I were not happy that we paid for diagnosis for repairs that were not covered by our supplemental insurance. We took the vehicle back to selling dealership on SD county and got it covered. I know there were stipulations with the insurance but felt that Joel in service could have done better for us.
