Randy is one of my favorite Service Advisors. He’s detailed, organized, is a great communicator, and always takes care of me. Can’t say enough good things about Randy. Give this man a raise!

Service advisor returned Van to me with a check engine light on and the engine running very rough at low speeds. I understand we're all human and make mistakes but it seems to me the service advisor did not have my back or the mechanics back either. The service advisor knew it was a MAF sensor issue and rezet the code saying well maybe it is just a glitch... WRONG.

Andrew was great. But I wasn't too impressed with the small loaner Q5 I recd after requesting an A8 weeks before. Having an A8 and children, it was tight to go to. Also, the car wash was absolutely terrible, with bugs still visibly stuck to the front of my grill/hood and tons of dried water marks coming out of the gas cap, trunk, driver passenger side doors that leaked from rear view mirrors, etc. After dropping $3000 on service, maintenance, labor and parts, I expect more from an Audi dealership. I had to immediately go and get my car washed because it looked worse than when I brought it in. I trust that Audi can do better, but think some QC is necessary.
