I came for a oil top up, was told no charge, car was taken in, and then i was told looking at the history of the car there is a $12 cost which eventually was $16 out of door. In all these years I never paid for a oil top up, was told Audi charges you guys back, on the bill it stated labor charge. This is ridiculous in terms of getting $ from people by misleading them. I am going to write about this on the online google and yelp forums soon, $16 is not at all a big amount, i get bothered by lies.
