Jaylene was very professional. Explained everything that was to be serviced, how long it would take and that she would keep me updated. The whole process was very smooth. My only disappointment is that the interior of my car could not be cleaned.

Appointment scheduled at least a week in advance. Informed him I was coming from The Villages so would not have a ride home to wait. Could I wait for it and about how long. Was told 1 - 1 1/2 hrs. It took 3 hrs for an oil change and brake flush.
I just moved to this area of FL and was looking for an Audi dealership for ongoing service of my wife and my Audis.
Will not be returning to your dealership. Rather, there are two in the Orlando area, which are closer. I thought I would try a smaller town type dealership, yours, but not again.

LeAnn was very nice to work with. We had a bit of confusion over dates of services and what would be done when,because two different services had to be done on different days. This was because parts for one job were in the shop, and parts for the other job had to be ordered. Also, the jobs had to be scheduled with two different departments: one that did the steering control arms and one that worked on transmission problems. LeAnn got it straightened out and got me an appointment for the transmission work only a few days after my diagnostic visit. She also followed up on my request to get more information about an exhaust system leak that I had been informed of. I asked if the entire system or just one section needed to be replaced. She let me know that the mechanic said an old piece of metal welded over a small hole had given out, but he thought the rest of the pipe looked good so the hole could perhaps have a new piece welded over the small hole again. I appreciated the honesty of the staff in telling me that this was probably repairable,rather than telling me I needed a new exhaust system!
