The waiting room could be cleaner and better equipped if you are asking people to sit for 2hours while you do car maintenance. No outlets to plug into, bad chairs, music going and a tv playing.

This is nothing about Tony, but for those of us that have such a long wait, it would be nice to have a way to turn up the volume on the silenced TV and also have such things as drink machines and snack machines. When I had a Cadillac, there were always fresh donuts each day.
