Lexus is a quality operation. They have always been competent and helpful. I do wish I didn’t have to go online to make an appointment to have my car washed. Of course, it was washed and cleaned inside and out today which I appreciate. Waiting area is inviting and comfortable, and attendants are friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Adrian was great. Since it was going to take a while to diagnose and fix an issue with my SUV, he quickly got me in a loaner and I was able to head to work. My car was completed before the end of the day and it was ready to go within a few minutes of my arrival.

My experience with Lexus is not to good because I been had a very bad experience with my car, the vehicle has a problem that problem that I see a year later after I buy, some smell comes from the a/c vent very bad smell like humidity, the car is 2022 has only 22400 miles and never see that problem with others cars that I had in the pass. I left the car for almost 2 weeks in the dealer for service regarding about the a/c problem with that smell but my car still with the same problem. I will report that problem to Lexus manufacture and also to my bank that one who pay the car. I’m very disappointed about Lexus. I pay about $60,000 dollars for this vehicle the most expensive car the I had in my life. I never will buy an other Lexus in my life. Sorry but that the way the I feel.

Your service there is unbelievable awesome especially you clean the interior and the interior windows. Love my Lexus except for the fact the key fob remote start. I have to take it in and have it looked at that’s a little bit. Ridiculous thanks PS bring back the cookies.
