It was suppose to be a quick and simple Xzilon service. I was told it would only a tan a couple hours so it was estimated to be finished in the afternoon. The rep told me he would give me a call when it’s finished. I waited til 5pm and still no words I decided to call and was told the return for the loaner is close so it would’ve been better to call back the next day around 9am. I had to adjust my schedule according to the expected time frame. The next day, I tried calling in and no one picked up. Tried a few more times throughout the day and finally got someone on the phone at around the afternoon. The person that answered my call had no idea if my car was ready or not. I had to stop by not knowing if it was ready or not to investigate. Apparently it’s been ready all this time. Terrible communication by the service department team

This was my second time bringing my vehicle in, and unfortunately, both times I was told the service would take about an hour, but it ended up taking closer to three. I also noticed that each time, I was told the shop was “backed up,” which makes me feel the appointments may be overbooked.
Because I drive over an hour each way to get there, these delays end up taking nearly five hours out of my day, and once I’ve arrived, I really have no choice but to wait. This is making me reconsider bringing my car here for future maintenance, even though I purchased my vehicle from your Van Nuys location, as I may need to find a closer dealership for a smoother service experience.
That said, I do want to commend Joe for his great customer service—he was very communicative, professional, and friendly throughout the visit.
I hope this feedback can help improve the scheduling and customer experience moving forward.
