Lexus Monogram Service

I’ve been a Lexus customer since 1999. In that time only owned 2 cars but loved them for the reliability & dependability. Lexus makes a great vehicle. I hope to always be a customer til God calls me home. ????

The technicians fixed issues with the rattling in the map light console, the passenger vanity light, and the moonroof! I am over the top with their attention to detail and their ability to fix these issues.

I was told yesterday around 4:30pm that my car was ready to pick up (service was for repairing 2 rims, wheel alignment, and clearing a maintenance code). As it was close to closing time, I said I would pick it up this morning. I drove 25 minutes to the dealership with my 2 year old, switched her car seat over to our vehicle, paid for the service, and then actually looked at the wheels and realized that none of our rims has been repaired—but the available repair packages were redeemed when I checked out. When I went in to speak with service manager, he called the tech who worked on our car and the tech said he hadn’t completed the work. I then had to move my toddler’s car seat over to the loaner vehicle again and drive another 25 minutes home. I do not understand how I received a call that my vehicle was completed, came in the next day, and the work hadn’t actually been done. I asked the manager if he could repair the other 2 rims for the extreme inconvenience. He said no. When the car was delivered to me, 3 of the 4 had been touched up which honestly just felt more annoying than just leaving it at the 2 I had covered by my tire care package. We’re looking to trade in our vehicle. The TX was at the top of our list, but I’m not sure we’ll be going that route and we certainly won’t be using the Sahara location if we do move forward.

Denecia is the reason why i kept coming back at Lexus Van Nuys, her customer service was amazing, very professional and very knowledgeable. Ms Denecia deserves to be promoted. KUDOS to Denecia Dedeaux....

Chris Garabedian was an excellent, knowledgeable and professional service director! The entire service experience was great from checking in, going over what the 70,000 checkup entailed, and having the car ready by the promised time. Kudos to Chris! I also got a loaner car which made it convenient. Angela showed me the new features on the nx350h as I have an older model. I normal get my car serviced in OC, but now I plan on taking my car in for the next checkup to Glendale. Thank you!!

Jesse was very professional. Very helpful, he explained what service needed to get done and why it is necessary and important. I will continue working with him in the future.
