The service at my local Lexus dealer is always amazing. Bill is very attentive. I love the free sodas. I just wish the hot chocolate machine was working, but as always the service there is fantastic and my car was spotless when I got it back. The extra car wash is always a lovely bonus.

My appt was at 8:00. My service person did jot address me until 8:20-8:25. Not quite sure why I made an appt. Please advise your clients that appointment times are not actually your appt. I needed to take my son to an appt that I was late to.
Also it was suggested that I needed brake pads. I am at 15,000 miles. Brake light not on. Hope my next service is better. I do like the car but service is important. My last car was a BMW. Never had this problem there. Thanks for asking for feedback.
