When I arrived, the service supervisor we ended up with Jennifer did not greeter us nicely to begin with. She talked to us as little as she could and with a face like she hates this job while we walked in. She was supposed to check who we initially scheduled the service with, but she just took us to her desk and told us to sit down. When I told her I was there for the 30k maintenance, she did not say a word for few minutes while on her computer, then she tried to turn the screen and almost hit my mom’s face. She said it’ll be $954 something. I told her I knew the basic maintenance is only about $800 on their end because I also tried to schedule the maintenance online. She looked at me confused as if she’s never heard or seen it on her screen already. Really? Trying to scam people by only telling them the expensive options for people? I had to keep telling her that I know there’s a different option and I’m only getting that one. She went back and said “oh yes there’s one for $8xx”. Throughout the whole time, before and after I mentioned the specific maintainer package, she never explained what was included in what I paid for, or the difference between the two packages. I was also never offered rides leaving or coming back to pick up the vehicle. When I received the vehicle report and called to ask her how my estimate went up to $22xx even though I declined multiple suggestions, she kept cutting me off on the phone saying that I needed to replace my tires and that’d cost a lot of money. It was recommended, not an urgent issue that required her to keep cutting me off on the phone? When I went back I really did not want to see her face or talk to her, I just went straight to the cashiers and signed the paperwork. I don’t know what I did on this Friday morning at 10am pissed her off she needed to give us attitude. It was not Monday morning 6am or her last day at 6pm or something. I will go to a different dealership for my maintenance next time.
