Erik is my new service rep and he is AMAZING! So polite, professional and had everything ready for my car’s service appointment- including the loaner I had requested. Absolutely smooth experience from start to finish- and Erik went above and beyond for me when I was running a bit late to pick up my car. I had to pick up my son and then scramble over to Lexus to pick up by 6pm- and when I let Erik know I would be about 8 minutes late he said no problem- I’ll wait for you outside the service department. And just as he promised, he was waiting there for me with my car ready. Absolutely 5 star experience and that extra level of care goes a long way. Thank you Erik!
