I had specifically asked that the chip in my windshield be looked at, and even called the morning of the appointment to remind the service department, but it was as not addressed.

The service person was checking a few things for me. my mouse pad for navigation, music, etc. has been running badly since I bought the car and I had him check it and he said there was water damage. I explained it’s been this way since I bought the car and it’s one of the certified used cars from Lexus. He said that doesn’t matter it’ll be $1700. Also my car was ready and he disappeared. I had to circle around and find someone to check me out for service. Again, not too happy with the service I received.
