Making the client walking back-and-forth between the waiting area and the service techs is not OK. Better customer service would be having the service techs Come and find us and talk with us and visit with us in the waiting area. It feels like we’re just making it easier on the service techs to do their job

I returned to Crown Lexus after having continually horrible service at Shottenkirk Desert Lexus and Robert did not disappoint! I had moved and Shottenkirk was closer but I will be driving the extra distance to return to Crown where I know I will receive genuine quality service and honest and caring assistance.
