The last girl I worked with was awful. Danecia saved my customer relationship with Keyes Lexus. Ive had some terrible experiences at this dealership. Thankfully Keyes has Danecia as a valuable asset that adds significant value to the customer base.
Its refreshing to be treated fairly. There are some other good team members also: Hector in sales and Robert in service, and the midway team.

Dear Crown Lexus Team,
On Saturday, September 6th, 2025, I brought my car in to have two rings replaced. Shortly after, I received a call from Crown Lexus advising that three wheels needed to be replaced. I proceeded with the repair and paid $1,600 out of pocket.
On my way home, the car’s system signaled that one of the wheels was losing air. I immediately exited the freeway to check, as my girlfriend was very concerned. I added air twice that same day, but this morning the tire was completely flat.
As a result, I now have to return to Crown Lexus tomorrow, and I will need to borrow another vehicle just to get to work. I am very disappointed with this experience, given the amount paid and the expectation of reliable service.
I kindly request immediate assistance to resolve this issue. Please let me know how Crown Lexus will address this situation as soon as possible.
