I am extremely disappointed with Lexus of Glendale. During my last two services, I had follow-up questions that the service representative never addressed. I later discovered that my warranty had expired in December. Unfortunately, due to either a lack of knowledge or oversight on the part of the representative, no thorough inspection of my vehicle was completed at that time.
Instead, the only recommendation made was to replace my windshield wipers. A full inspection should have been performed since my warranty was about to expire. As a result, my car now requires extensive repairs that should have been identified and covered under warranty.
This experience leaves me with the impression that Lexus of Glendale prioritizes profit over properly supporting their customers. I will never recommend Lexus of Glendale to anyone.
