I am not satisfied with the service I received. I paid $140 for a diagnostic, but the report did not include the DTC error codes from my vehicle. Instead, I was given an inflated estimate with expensive parts and labor charges, without any real diagnostic evidence. The video I received only showed my brakes and tires, and completely ignored the actual reason I came in, which was the ABS warning light. This is not professional or transparent.
What I need is for you to connect the scanner to my car again, show me the exact codes on the screen in person, and perform the reset/calibration correctly, at no additional cost, because I already paid for that service
