It is my understanding that Ken Ganley has purchased metro Lexus.
I’m nervous about this because they also purchased the Kia dealership and proper service was not getting done there.
The quality that i have received from metro Lexus has been great!

My only complaint was the dirty exterior of the loaner vehicle. I wouldn’t necessarily have needed a freshly washed car but this one had several large areas of bird droppings. I do give Travis credit for getting it washed promptly.

Although the experience Overall was satisfactory, the check out was not. It took over 30 minutes from the moment we checked out to the moment our car was brought to us. At least 6 people were involved. One person did not know what the next was doing. I expect to have a much better experience next time.
