I waited for over half an hour for my car after I paid and was told it was ready. Other patrons who came after me received their cars, yet I continued to wait. I felt ignored, dismissed and angry. I’ve been coming to Lexus of Glendale for many years and have never experienced such treatment. I am extending disappointed in my post-service experience.

Was not happy with the service. Had to call financial and dealership back and forth. No one had the same information. Felt like i was a detective trying to figure out what was going on. All for them to hold the car for two days with nothing done because at the end of the day. Lexus doesn’t even repair the issue. Just told me at the end of the day, call this number to have it repaired at a different facility.
