The recent management changes are not favorable. There were not enough assistant service managers to check in service customers. It took 30 minutes for me to check my car in and get a loaner, despite providing all necessary information online in advance. In the past loaner cars were lined up ready to go. This time, the assistant service manager had to go find the loaner himself.

Everything to do with maintenance seems fine and my mileage has gone from about 16 mpg for the first quarter of the tank to 20 mpg for the second quarter. So happy with that. However, I asked several times for the trade-in value to be provided, while it was in the shop for 2 days and as I was picking it up. Nobody knew anything, and then I got a call from a sales rep, after I returned home with the car, talking as if my above requests never happened. So my satisfaction with the excellence of the maintenance experience (quick and thorough) was slightly dampened by lack of response to the request. And if you don't want to resell a 2016 ES350 with 47,000 miles, all you had to do was say so and not evade the question.
