In the past, Ali would make sure we had bottled water in the car, rug protectors and plenty of “thank you” items in the car when you were getting ready to leave. My text message about my car being ready was never sent till the day after service and pick up. I also wasn’t told whether or not I should make my next appointment.
Otherwise, she was kind to my son and I, and I appreciate her help.

Send me email. I did not go to social media- but since your constantly , I reply back. El cajon Lexus, seriously over charged with part and labor. Very disappointed. Bold faced lie when I questioned about mass flow charge- before service approved.
Btw- I came in with diagnosis- as car was scanned. Same code popped up you reported.
