Mark made a challenging situation a very positive experience. He helped calm my anxiousness, made me feel at ease, and we are not from Ontario - my car just happened to break down there - and his service just made us feel like this particular Lexus was such a customer focus dealership. Because of the service we received from Mark, we would definitely come back again to purchase a Lexus in the future from this dealership versus the one that we’ve typically gone to. We only buy Lexus vehicles, and because of his service I would come back.

I love the Lexus of Valencia people are so nice and helpful, generous, genuine, and the text were so helpful. I had an issue with my features and I couldn’t understand and when I explained my situation, they noted it. They had the tech see what was wrong with it and even with that, he took out a test drive with me just to make sure that what I was mentioning about the issuewhat was he suspected and notified me what the issue was as far as understanding the features that’s going the extra mile I can’t say more than this place is the best. I truly love the treatment and hospitality and all above is just so generally happy thank you
