When I spoke to. Brandon I told him I needed someone to show me how to adjust map on my screen. When I came back to pick up my car, Brandon was out to lunch. There was a girl walking around who said she can help me. I paid my bill and told her I needed help with the maps on my screen. She said she would get somebody to help me after sitting in my car for 15 minutes. I spoke to some man thatwas working there and he said they’re shorthanded and would try to get someone. After another 10 minutes ..nothing. I saw another worker and told him my problem and he helped me. not very good. Customer Service.

I brought my car in ONLY because of a recall. When I was called about the recall, I was informed that the part would be in. When I dropped off my car, I also was under the impression that the part was in. While at home I received a text that my car would be ready that evening, but they also found I needed 2 new air filters, to the tune of $264.47. I okayed that service. Later that evening I found out that the recall part was not in stock. I felt tricked into bringing my car in for 2 expensive filters. Lexus however took good care of me, with a loaner car and service. I would have rather skipped the whole process.
