Very professional staff, provide regular updates. Only thing is when I got my car, the front seats and dashboard was full of white particles that came out of the air filter. Just be mindful of how you are returning a customers car. The staff was good and cleaned it all up for me.

Travis was great - I initially was going to get a loaner vehicle as I had my eleven month old with me. He reassured me that the wait would be 60-90 minutes and showed me the play room where my son could play. He also showed me the beverage station where I was able to treat myself to a latte and a bottle of water while I waited! As promised I only had to wait 75 minutes, my son loved the toys in the playroom, and I was on my way home shortly after!
