The service department recommended tire balance and rotation which we paid for. HOWEVER your service department rotated two unmatched brands on the rear axle to the front. On a front wheel drive car this is universally NOT recommended as can cause handling safety issues and pre mature wear in front end components. I would expect a call ASAP to return the vehicle so the tires should be put back the way they were but presumably properly balanced. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
