Chris Santos is my go to guy for all of my Lexus needs. He is incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Because of the service I’ve received with Chris, I’m considering purchasing my next Lexus car. I’m hoping that management will acknowledge Chris’s stellar customer service.

Wasn’t kept informed of delays in part ordering when told a 10-12 day window. 14 days later I called, then told would be an additional 3 weeks back order. But then parts called same day to say it came in. Part was replaced and fixed and after I left, found out now a feature that previously worked, now doesn’t work. Most disappointed and frustrated that I have to make another trip down.

We always have kind, attentive, professionals when we bring our car in for service. I was a bit worried that having my wife drop off and pick up our vehicle that some people would try and take advantage of her as she is from another country. She does have US citizenship but is nice and somewhat naive. Ernesto showed me that there was nothing to worry about and took great care of our vehicle, getting a loaner, and kept us updated throughout the process.
