Todd was very good very helpful attentive. I was surprise shocked at the cost of a spark plugs and the brake pads. My total bill came to over $700. That was a bit much. I didn’t expect that that’s not Todd‘s fault that’s the cost of going to Lexus.

My water pump showed signs of a recent leak because there was dry pink crust in the area as photographed . I bought an extended warranty but Adam talked with two Lexus authority figures who convinced him that the warranty would not cover replacement of the water pump unless it was an active leak so the service guys examine the water pump at next service. I was convinced to wait but on second thought I am worried about driving my Lexus and do not feel safe I am driving to and from Columbus on Saturday (4 hours) and feel the advice by two Lexus authority figures was risky and not in my best interest. Why buy an extended warranty if you have to fight for a claim allowance. The pink crust is evidence of a problem, whether the crust is dry or wet. Therefore, I am not satisfied with Lexus and afraid to drive long distances.
