I liked the text and link updates. It allowed Jose to communicate all the details with me easily and in a timely fashion. When I went to pickup my car, it was ready right away. I’ve had to wait in the past and today I didn’t so I really appreciate that. The loaner car was essential, as I was without my car for 3 days. Jose was professional, as always.
