My tire pressure sensors stopped working after getting 4 new tires last Thursday. I was quoted $284 for 2 of them. Then was told only 1 sensor needs changed and the quote was $373. When I asked why it was more for 1, I was then quoted $225. It’s frustrating that the sensors worked just fine before getting the tires replaced. I can’t help but wonder if something was done incorrectly with the tire change to make them not work. I’ve been satisfied with Lexus as long as I’ve owned my vehicle, but this incident is pretty frustrating.

This was my first service at Lexus. It seemed to take a long time for the service performed ( installing 2 new front tires).
When I inquired about how much longer the car would be, I was told by two different employees the car was being washed. When the car was brought up front I saw a few drops of water on it. The employee who got out of the car did not put down protective plastic on the seat or the floor mat. As I drove away I thought the window seemed the same as when I arrived. When I got home I realized the car had not been washed.
It was my first visit so I wasn't expecting the car wash. But upon reading follow up communication from Keyes Lexus I see that is supposed to be standard practice.

Since moving into the new location on N Nevada, there seems to be new procedures for communicating with the vehicle owner.
I wasn’t notified of the changes and this leads to confusion and frustration; do I expect a phone call, text, text with a link I need to read immediately?? None of this is clear to me.
This last appointment paperwork shows my vehicle was ready about 1:30. But I hadn’t heard anything by 4:30, so I called the Service depart
Please help us know what to expect when our vehicles are in for service.

You really need to think about doing a customary car wash after the service. I bought an infinity in the dealership right across from JM Lexus and that was such a nice thing to do is do a customary car wash on the outside once the service is completed. It’s a really good customer satisfaction feature.

CEDRICK WAS PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL HOWEVER THE CAR WAS WASHED BUT NOT RINSED OFF PROPERLY SO NOW MY CAR IS STAINED. THE HOOD OF THE CAR SEEMS LIKE IT HAS OIL ON IT. AWFUL!!!
