Honestly, customer service is dead except at Lexus. This was my first time bringing in a Lexus for maintenance and it was an incredibly easy and efficient experience. Sean was great. The entire staff beginning with the folks on phone who helped schedule the appointment were very helpful, attentive and kind.

I arrived at 10:30 am on Wednesday, 10 December for a Safety recall on our Lexus. We waited in the reception area until @ 12:00, I then went to ask about the status of our vehicle, only to find out the technicians were having issues updating the system? Anyway, it wasn’t until about 30 to 40 minutes later I was updated again, and then offered a loaner vehicle.
My recommendation…. Either better communication on vehicle status as I/ we waited, or offer us a loaner vehicle when we checked in.
