My appointment was scheduled at 12 pm.
I arrived on time. My car was taken by a technician at around 1 pm.
I was warned that the firmware update for the mirror can take an hour. But it turned out that it was not available for my car.
So the only things they have done was to check an intermittent issue with the rear door (could not replicate) and fill in the tires.
It took them another three hours to do that and not very well (see below). I left the dealership at around 4 PM.
Speaking of the tires. When I checked the tire pressure, I discovered that the left side was 2 PSI less than the right side.
So in the end, they only had one thing to do and they screwed up that one.
Very unsatisfactory experience.
