Omar did nothing to help me to find out what the problem was with my car. He never called me in the 3 days my car was at JMLexus. I had to make multiple calls and on Monday I had to call myself to find out when I would get my car back. Unfortunately Carlos wa unable to take care of me. He was the best! I don’t want Omar to be my service advisor if Carlos doesn’t return. I will speak to the manager of the service department to find a replacement. I don’t want Omar to call me to discuss this email!!
