Rick did fine but the time required was much longer than estimated for service, it also took nearly an hour for the car wash, and dash light was not reset, which I didn’t notice right away so I had to drive back to the dealership and ask for further assistance. I also noted that all employees were wearing mask but you did not require customers to wear them. I sat in the waiting room for hours and I can tell you 2/3 of the customers did not wear a mask putting me and all your employees at risk. Lots of beautiful cars to look at.
