Amazing service considering, I was overwhelmed about taking my car in to be serviced. Lexus and Rick exceed my expectations and the best part was not being left on foot without a vehicle, but instead I was given a loaner car to continue my daily routine as usual. Let me just say my current service advisor was nice and helpful. When I take my car to your dealer for service not only am I trusting you but I’m paying more. I purchased this Lexus GS 350 Fsport in September 2018. It had almost 17,000 miles on it. Your sales guy really sold his **** off when he said it was a really good car and reliable. Umm somebody come and pick this damn car back up because at this point I don’t want it. I’ve had this car approximately 1 year and 6 months. I’ve had to buy tires twice. Oh yeah because I can’t rotate the MF!!!! I’ve had to get the brakes done 3 times and replace the rotors twice. This is BS!!!! When I took the car in February 2020 for service my brakes were loud. After picking up my car I called Paul Kim and he said it’s supposed to sound like that. So I continue to drive it. I called Paul Kim again in March and tell him it’s louder and annoying. I take my car in again in March 2020 and yes thank you for the rental. So I’m told my brakes are at 4 and they are supposed to be loud. What I can do is have my auto detailer spray my brakes with water to get the dust off and that should help with the noise. ???? I’ve never heard anything like this in my life. A Lexus cost to much $$$$ to drive around and when it stops the brakes are loud. I’m calling BS. Anyways I go to buy new tires April 21, 2020 because I don’t want to spend $1500.00 at Tustin Lexus and guess what I’m told I need new brakes and rotors again. Seriously WTF at this point. I call Tustin for Paul Kim and he’s on Furlough so Supervisor George takes the call and says bring the car in to have it looked at and I will be provided with a rental again. I take my car in and meet Supervisor George and Derrick and get my rental. In less then 45 minutes I get a call that I need brakes and rotors again. Now my brake pads are at 3. Why does it take me 3 times to take the car in before the brake pads can be changed. It causes more damage to the rotors. Seriously this is normal wear and tear and you can give me a 10% discount. So I have to cough up over $1100.00 again. I’ve never had any car in my life that I’ve had to replace brakes, rotors and tires every year. I haven’t even put 25,000 miles on this car. I’m really trying to keep this clean because I’m so pissed but **** this car and at this point I don’t even trust you Tustin Lexus fixing my car. The parts your using should last longer. I have a solution for this I need a different car. My Toyota Avalon was so reliable and never had any issues. My brakes, rotors and tires lasted longer then this BS I’m dealing with. I’m not happy with Tustin Lexus or this got damn car. Please forward me a name and address for your General Manager!!!!!

Thank you South County Lexus for another service visit well done. I was immediately greeted upon arrival, Hassan has been my Service Writer of choice since my car purchase. He has always been courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable in handling my vehicle service needs. While waiting for my vehicle I walked around the new and used car lots, the showroom and the customer lounge area and was taken at how clean, neat and organized this dealership is. Impressed indeed. I left there feeling calm, relaxed and reassured knowing I made the right choice. Thanks again and keep up the great work during this historical challenging time.
