We bought the car as certified few months ago with 5 year warranty. First time. My husband took it to car wash, the roof started leaking. He immediately stoped at service and was told that it’s normal and nothing wrong with the car. Same thing happened second time. Finally third time service found an issue and told my husband they have to order a part and will call when it’s in. On the way home , the rubber part from the roof fell on my husbands head and he had go back to get fixed. A month later we still havent heard back so my husband called to see what’s going on. Service told him to wait couple more weeks and made an appointment. Kept our car almost 2 weeks saying the part was late. All this time service associate was telling my husband that the Lexus normally doesn’t cover it and pretty much they doing us a favor. When I came to pick up the car, the associate told me the same thing. How is it possible when we literally just bought this car and it’s certified and immediately started leaking. We’ve bought Lexus from this dealership before and always had good experience. I think this is the worst one we’ve had.

He informed me that i would not get the visit covered if I didn’t get the full service, so I did.
I expressed I was in a hurry and he was able to get the stuff done in the time he promised.
