The amount of time I spent sitting there for the service was way too long and not much was done to my car. I would rather pay to have a dead locally with much less time. The waiting room to sit is not very nice and there's not even an option to buy a little snack after sitting there that time

Dropped off my car for service ended up with no option for loaner when I had scheduled my appointment and requested a loaner. I did get a loaner it was dirty and smelled gross. Beyond disappointed and commented that didn’t seem to be the Lexus standard. Had to wait til next day for my vehicle. When I picked it up the next day tire was flat. I didn’t drop it off with any flat tire or any warning of tire pressure low. Had to wait for it to be patched up. Then the sensor won’t go off I had to call service dept over the weekend to ask if I can take it back in so they can repair the sensor light. Then when I left Lexusto go home I got a call back that a service guy left a key from someone else’s vehicle in my car. I was not going to drive back to Lexus as I live in Peyton and had already cut 2 hrs from work to deal with a simple pick up that ended up more than expected. Someone did come out to my home to pick up the key.

Jennifer was very helpful and very professional and helpful I informed her that I was in a rush and didn’t have a lot of time to be waiting for my car . I had a 12:15 appointment got there around 11:50 and was done at 1:15 with my car being washed. Thank you Jennifer for your awesome customer service I will definitely be back soon

After buying a vehicle from this place, I expected to be treated like family and thought loyalty was a big thing to Lexus. However, I have learned that Glendale is not at all like my previous Lexus dealerships I have purchased from. When I choose to buy my next Lexus, it will not be from Glendale because your dealership does not care about the customer, just the money and rushing through everything. The service has gone down greatly at this location!
