Also, Cordis Bunch was top notch In handling the service on my 2019 Lexis. He made sure that my car was serviced in one day so that I could leave for Florida as scheduled. I was really disappointed that when I went into the office with the customer experience person he took off his mask. Then when I turned to look at the other customer experience person sitting at his desk, he also had his mask off. The plexiglass was no substitute for wearing a mask indoors! It wasn’t just once, but both times I was in the office. We are either taking the pandemic seriously or we are not. South County Lexis is not. SAD.
Don’t contact me to follow up. I don’t need empty platitudes. I needed you to wear a mask inside in my presence and you failed.
