Joshua was very professional. I am not satisfied with level of service. Was promised that my car would be washed inside and out. My vehicle was returned dirty. Wasn’t vacuumed at all. I sent it back and it was still returned with job half done. Would expect more luxury from the dealership like lexus.

Everything went well except when I got into my car. I’m not sure what happened but the car smells extremely strong of gasoline. So far with the windows down, the smell is still there. Being pregnant definitely doesn’t make it easy having that going on. My husband went in as well and said the smell was very strong. Other than that, Evan was very helpful and nice.
