I was 99% satisfied. I do wish the back seat had been vacuumed out. Maybe that is not part of the current cleaning but it would have made it a 100%. Service by the people was all great.

Upon my arrival I encountered chaos. A gloved man having a foreign dialect came rushing over to my vehicle, grab my purse, and lunch bag from the front seat of my SUV, handed them to me, without providing the courtesy of allowing me to remove those items, and my book bag positioned behind the driver’s seat....saying that he needed to move my car. This man drove my vehicle into another room where I followed to retrieve my book bag. Prior to, and following my service, both men (Dave and C. Bunch) who waited on me misinterpreted clauses in customer signature requested areas on paperwork. Receiving a Metro Body shop reference from C. Bunch, I met with Lenny who never provided via email a promised, estimated quote for repairs... I never heard from Lenny following my follow-up call on Tuesday of that same week. Lenny never wore a face mask or gloves while proving service. Finally after having my vehicle serviced, when I turned the air condition / heating unit on high the dashboard vibrated, and created a loud, deep buzzing sound as the dashboard nearest the passenger seat physically shook. I miss having Steven Gerkiy guide me through each Metro Lexus service experience demonstrating honorable representation for Metro Lexus.

This is the second time in a row and I’ve got my car serviced both times were for Recalls no problem-we want to safe, time an added oil change, however I was inconvenienced. I hardly think anybody else is going through the same things I am. After dropping our vehicle off on Tuesday we heard nothing until Thursday that our vehicle was finished by that time I had already made plans, I figured the recall was taking more time and you won’t need it a few more days since I didn’t get a call. I spoke to a service rep who was very kind, she said she would give me a call back Friday morning to let me know if we can return our vehicle on Monday when my husband would be returning to work near the dealership, but for now bring it back Saturday. I did not receive a call By 4 PM so I called and I was Told to bring my vehicle in today or I’ll be charged a fee. So I rushed there so I could make it before you close at 6 PM. I didn’t have time to put gas in the car so I was charged for that and then I get my vehicle back and it’s not even washed it’s just a simple things that a customer shouldn’t go through and again I doubt anybody else is being treated this way so why am I.
