Service rep was awful. Had to redo car and when it first came out I went to see him to come and look and he walked out and gave it To David who wound up being awesome. He could not take the time to follow through. Never got final printout from inspection. Terrible customer service. David went to new service manager who again, did not even take time to talk to me. Thankful to David who cleaned up everyone’s mess. This is the service I get after being a customer over 20 years?

Service representative Ronnie and Daven were great. They get 10s but my car was returned to me when it clearly had a problem which the mechanic and whoever pulled it up to me should have discovered. I knew something was wrong the second I started to push on the gas pedal. They did fix it when I immediately returned the car. So I am satisfied now.
